It is known that we should eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Different fruits should be eaten at different times of the day to give your body the most of their nutritional value.

Kiwi is best to eat early in the morning. The kiwi contains large amounts of vitamin C, more than there are in orange. You can eat a kiwi, an orange, a grapefruit or a few pieces of pomelo, or drink freshly squeezed lemon juice, mixed with orange or grapefruit.

Once you eat a kiwi or a citrus fruit that will satisfy your daily need of vitamin C, you will be energized throughout the day.

Grapes are the perfect fruit for dessert. They contain a lot of glucose, which is ideal for nourishing the weary brain. Grapes should not be overdone, as they can easily help you pick up a few extra pounds.

Refresh your brain with a bunch of grapes or a handful of raisins in the afternoon, or you could eat a grape dessert at lunch. This dose is sufficient to maintain your level of creativity.

Dessert grapes, whether dried or juicy, have a favorable effect on muscle tone and thus prevent you from fatigue in the afternoon.

Apples are a fruit that should preferably be consumed before a meal - whether for dinner or lunch.

Apples promote separation of large doses of gastric juice, so eat one apple to help improve your absorption of food.

No matter whether you choose sweet or sour Apples, it is important to chew the pieces slowly, to raise the level of your gastric juice.

Bananas are a fruit, which should not be overdone, as they have a lot of calories. Do not eat more than one banana a day. These fruits are perfect to eat around five o'clock in the afternoon. They also recover your strength after physical or mental exertion.

Prunes are the perfect fruit for people who suffer from stomach problems. Eat a plum a day, about three hours before dinner, and you will not have problems with digestion.
