We can make almost anything in a pressure cooker and the best part is that it is very fast. Dishes, which otherwise tend to take hours, can be cooked rapidly in a pressure cooker. Furthermore, the risk for something to burn is much smaller than in other containers.

Even when cooking meat, the time required to prepare the product is significantly shorter than if you it make using a regular pot. Consider two meat recipes that do not require a lot of products, but whose end result is truly delicious:

Pork with vegetables

Ingredients: 21 oz pork, 10.5 oz potatoes, 3 onion heads, 10.5 oz zucchini, 4/5 cup white wine, black pepper, dill, salt and oil

Preparation: First cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and fry them, then add the potatoes that have been sliced into large cubes, chopped onion, spices, wine and ½ tea cup of water. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes, after the valve sounds.

During this time, cut the zucchini into cubes and add them after the 30 minutes have passed and the pressure cooker has cooled. Close the pressure cooker again and return it to the stove - cook for 5 minutes after the valve turns and turn it off.

Our next recipe includes beef and is particularly suitable if unexpected guests appear at your door.

You need around 23 oz boneless meat for spiking. In each pre-made hole, place a clove of garlic, one black peppercorn, a little piece of bacon.

Once finished, leave the meat in the pressure cooker, pour 1 tea cup of white wine and the same amount of water over it. Add savory, salt and a little oil and close the lid. The meat is cooked 40-45 minutes after the turning of the valve.

When cooking chicken in a pressure cooker, it does not need as much time as pork and veal. But our next proposal will not have meat, but something a little different - carrots with onions and cream. Know that this product will become ready even faster in a pressure cooker. It is the perfect garnish for the aforementioned beef.

Carrots with onions and cream

Products required: 17.5 oz carrots, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 onion head, 1 teaspoon flour, 2 tablespoons cream, black pepper and salt

Preparation: Dice the onion finely and stew it with the garlic. Cut the carrots into cubes and place them with the onions and garlic, add the black pepper and salt. Sprinkle with flour and close the cooker. Ten minutes after coming to a boil, take the cooker off. Wait for it to cool slightly, open it and transfer the contents into a dish. Before presenting, mix with cream.
