Easy to Prepare Cakes


Modern housewives want to entertain the family with delicious cakes, but usually do not have the time - after they return from work, they must do the laundry, dishes, cooking... And for dessert, one often does not have time.

But there are cakes that are made very simple and straight, while still able to melt in the mouth.

The first cake is easy to make with jam. You need 2 eggs, 3 cups flour, 200 grams of butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 vanilla, 1 teaspoon soda, slaked with vinegar or 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 200 grams of thick jam.

The oil is melted and cooled. In a separate pot, pour the sugar in, add the butter, vanilla, eggs and everything is mixed. In small portions, add the flour with baking powder or baking soda, and mix a batter.

The dough should not be too thick. Divides into two parts which are not equal - one part needs to be one third of the total dough. The smaller part is left in the freezer for an hour.

Majority of the dough is evenly distributed in the pan, greased with oil. Over the dough, pour the jam and level with a spatula.


Remove the other dough from the freezer and grate it on the jam. The cake is baked in a heated oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.

Another easy cake with jam is made of 1 egg, 1 cup jam, 1 cup milk, 2, 5 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda. All the ingredients are mixed. Soda is quenched with vinegar.

The dough should be slightly thicker than cake batter. Bake at 150 degrees until a toothpick for teeth inserted into the cake, does not leave dry. Cake can be eaten just like that or cut with a thread in the middle and the cream optionally baked.

Easy cake is made with cottage cheese. For the dough are needed 1.5 cups of flour, half a cup of sugar, 125 grams of butter, 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

For the filling is needed 500 g low-fat cottage cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 3 eggs, ½ cup flour, 1 vanilla, dried fruit. Butter us beaten with sugar until it’s foam.

Flour combines with the baking powder and is added to the butter. Mix all ingredients with hands and prepare flour for crumbs. Crease the curd with a fork, add the egg yolks, cream and stir, add dried fruit, chopped.

Egg whites are broken down to sugar snow. Mix with the curd and gently stir. In an oiled pan, pour two-thirds of the dough.

On them shall be distributed the mass and the top is covered with the remaining crumbs. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
