Culinary Tricks when Cooking Beans

If you need to qualify world dishes, surely beans will be one of the top ingredients. There’s almost no home in which beans have not been on the table and it takes many different forms. No matter what season it is, beans are a meal, which is always up to date and loved.

Traditionally, it can be cooked in the form of bean soup, fried beans, bean salad. Made in any way with any other product, it becomes really very tasty. For example, during the winter season, beans with sauerkraut can be prepared.

In preparing the beans, you have only one tiny detail – they form gases and seriously inflate our bellies. But we can be saved from this - you only need to do 12 hours soaking in cold water. You will notice how it will swell.

Then discard any remaining water, wash it and is now ready for cooking. Another option is to put it to boil and discard the water, then top up with cold water, add your vegetables and continue cooking.

This way you will be sorted out very easily. Another trick for ease of cooking is to add a raw and peeled potato in the beginning, along with the other vegetables. The potato should be intact. If you want to make softer the taste of the beans after being fully prepared and fried, add ½ tea cup of milk.

Beans go best with mint and celery as spices. Vegetables that fit are onions, carrots, peppers, tomatoes. Once it is ready and it's time to be eaten, flavor with pepper.

You can cook beans in the oven, with meat.

First boil the beans without any vegetables. Then fry the above vegetables, add the beans, meat (best pork ribs), spices. After they fry, put the dish in the crock pot to bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Products Required: 300 g peeled beans, 3 tablespoons bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1 tsp baking soda, connection parsley 5 cloves garlic, salt, onions, dried mint, carrot, pepper

For crumbing you need: 3 eggs, oil, bread crumbs

Preparation: Boil the beans and then leave to drain. During this time, chop parsley, carrot, pepper, onion and garlic very finely and add them to the beans, pick other products too. Knead well and let the mixture cool for at least half an hour. Then heat up oil in a pan, make balls of the mixture, dip in bread crumbs and egg, then fry.
