Roasted pork with plums
Preparation: Buy 2 pork tenderloin fillets of about 10.5 oz and make a lengthwise cut on each. Then, soak the plums and once they swell, carefully remove the seeds. Put grated cheese in the openings.
Season the meat with the salt, black pepper, mustard and some horseradishes. Arrange the plums in the tenderloin cuts, then "close" using toothpicks.
Arrange in an oven dish, pour in the wine and some warm water. Distribute the remaining plums in the dish and put in the oven to roast. Periodically, open the oven and pour the sauce from the dish over the meat.
To make it you will need 2 lbs of beef, which you must cut into bites and stew in oil and a little water. Once the liquid has evaporated, add in 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1/2 cup warm water - let the meat simmer on the stove.
Remove the seeds of 3 quinces, cut them into small pieces and roll them in flour. Braise them in a little oil, remove them and put them in a suitable pot, along with the beef bites and 1 head of finely chopped onion. You can add another cup of warm water. Roast in a moderate oven until the meat softens.
In the case where you get unexpected guests, you can always solve the dinner problem by making shish kebab using pork meat and pineapple. You will need a pork tenderloin, bacon from the pork ribs, sausages - cut everything up into bites.
Cut the pineapple into bites as well - if it is canned, leave it to drain. Take the skewers and arrange a piece of meat, a piece of pineapple, placing a bay leaf in the middle of the skewer and continuing to arrange.
