Fortifying the Body with Whey

Whey

Whey is one of the 2 proteins (casein being the other) found in milk. They are its liquid components.

It is a natural product, exceptionally good for human health. It contains a wide variety of proteins and milk sugar (lactose). This miraculous food is also rich in bioactive substances and contains all essential amino acids.

Whey has a detoxifying effect on our bodies as well, thanks to this abundance of amino acids. Because of the proteins in it, athletes often use it as well.

Known about for many years, the consumption of whey can get rid of the symptoms of upset stomach - take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day. It manages to regenerate gut flora, maintaining normal function of the gastrointestinal tract.

Prominent diet experts call whey a miraculous food that keeps people young and healthy longer. Unfortunately, as the years have passed, the prized substance has been sort of forgotten, quite undeservedly.

Whey Woman

Look at the example of the English peasant who lived to a formidable 152 years and 9 months by regularly taking whey. Even Hippocrates, the father of medicine, recommended consuming whey in order to fortify and keep the body healthy.

Thanks to the proteins and minerals found in it, it improves digestion and boosts metabolism. It is also often used as a method for maintaining joint and ligament health.

Keep in mind that liquid whey spoils very quickly. For this reason it needs to be consumed within 10 hours after obtaining it. Also, make the distinction between naturally occurring liquid whey and packaged. The latter is deprived of healing properties due to the presence of chemical stabilizers.

Powdered whey, in turn, is considered a valuable means of enhancing the human immune system. In this form, it is quickly and more easily absorbed.
