Most fans of sweet food are also devotees of ice cream.
You don't need to wait for the hot summer months because it can sweeten your day at any time during the year and can be made any time. It's no wonder that the Russians consider ice cream to be one of the best methods for treating a sore throat. Here are 3 of the quickest recipes for making ice cream at home.
Classic Vanilla Ice Cream
Preparation: Beat half the sugar with the eggs and the other half with the cream. Mix them carefully with the vanilla.
Pour this mixture into a tray or directly into the bowls or cups in which you intend to serve and leave them in the freezer until well cooled. If you desire, you can sprinkle the ice cream with grated chocolate before serving.
Vanilla Ice Cream with Fruits
Ingredients: 1 1/4 tsp powdered sugar, 2 1/2 tsp cream, 3 eggs, 2 vanilla packets, 5 tbsp strawberry jam, 1 cup of cream whipped beforehand, 3 1/3 tbsp liqueur, 3 1/3 tbsp raspberry or strawberry syrup.
Preparation: Prepare the vanilla ice cream the same way as the recipe listed above but don't put it in serving bowls, instead put it in a large bowl with a lid and leave it to cool in the freezer. Separately, place several serving cups or bowls in the freezer and wait about 30 min. until they cool sufficiently.
Pour 1 tbsp of jam into the bottom of each cup or bowl and pour the ice cream on top. At the very top, pour in the whipped cream using a pastry bag.
Before serving, pour the syrup and liqueur into the bowls. If you would like them to look even more beautiful, you can stick in a few chocolate wafer sticks, biscuits or wafers in the ice cream.
Ice Cream with Cocoa
Ingredients: 1 1/4 tsp powdered sugar, 2 1/2 tsp cream, 3 eggs, several drops of rum bakery emulsion, 8 tbsp cocoa and a little milk to dissolve the cocoa in.
Preparation: Prepare the ice cream as described in the 1st recipe but instead of vanilla add the rum bakery emulsion and the cocoa dissolved in the milk so that you get a chocolate ice cream.
