Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients:

For the layers: 1/2 cup butter, 2/5 cup flour, 1/5 cup oatmeal, 2/5 cup sugar.

For the cream: 2 cups mascarpone, 4/5 cup sweetened condensed milk, 2/3 cup confectionery cream, 4/5 cup strawberries, 1 vanilla pod.

Preparation: Beat the oatmeal and butter in a blender. Mix them with the sugar and flour. Pour the resulting mass into a tray and bake in a preheated 360°F (180°C) oven until golden. Be sure to stir during baking so that you get crispy crumbs.

Combine the mascarpone and condensed milk. Season them with the halved vanilla pod. Blend the strawberries and strain them. Add them to the liquid mixture, along with the well beaten confectionery cream. Stir and add the remaining strawberries that have been cut into pieces.

Lay out half of the cooled crunchy mixture into a tray. Flatten it, smear on the cream and smooth it out. Sprinkle the remaining crunchy mixture on top and leave it in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Take the dessert out before serving and slice it.
