  • spaghetti - 14 oz (400 g)
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100g) diced
  • lard - 1 tbsp
  • white wine - 1 tablespoon dry
  • tomato juice - 2 cups (500 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Fry the bacon in 1 tablespoon pork lard, add the wine and tomato juice, season with salt and pepper and allow to thicken for about 15 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water, drain well and mix with the sauce.
