Ingredients

  • apples - 6
  • powdered sugar - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • vanilla - 2 packs
  • starch - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Peel the apples, clean them from the seeds and cut them into quarters. Put them in a pot with 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water, close and boil on medium heat for about 20 minutes, then mash them with the sugar.

Dissolve the starch in the milk and put it on the heat to boil. Add vanilla and pour the mixture to the apple sauce. Stir, pour into a deep dish and leave in the fridge.

You can pour on cream or chocolate sprinkles as a topping. Serve cold.
