The sugar ratio is too high and the ingredients ask for baking powder and say to let it rise but there is no yeast in the recipe which doesn’t sound right.

The measurements do not equate to normal American measures, therefore, it makes this recipe difficult to try to convert or interpret to American measures for proper accuracy
