How to make

Marinate the fish in the products mixed together for the marinade. Let the fish fillets sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Drain them from the marinade and fry in a non-stick frying pan, turning the fillet pieces often to fry them evenly. Drain the ready fish of the oil and put them in a glass oven dish, cover with a lid to saute.

Make a garlic paste from the mashed garlic, dill, vinegar, oil and salt to taste. Pour it over the cooked fish and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes before eating.
