  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • water - 6 1/5 cups (1.5 L)
  • cumin
  • salt


Knead the mince with the cleaned and washed rice and the cumin. Shape meatballs from it.

Toast the flour in a pan, dilute with cold water into a sludge and pour it into the boiling water, while stirring nonstop.

Add the shaped meatballs and leave to boil on moderate heat until the meatballs are fully boiled.
