"Anyone know how much beer these aromatic chicken legs need?"

Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 12 to 15
  • for the marinade
  • yogurt - 2 tbsp
  • ginger - 2 1/2″ (6 cm) root, grated on a fine grater
  • soya sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • coriander - 1 tsp powdered
  • garam masala - 1 tsp
  • green pepper - 1 tsp powdered
  • garlic - 1 tsp powdered
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • white wine - 2/3 cup (150 ml)

How to make

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade very well into a smooth paste.

Roll the legs thoroughly in the marinade and leave to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Bake on baking paper at 390°F (200 °C) for 40 minutes.

Serve with basmati rice or mashed potatoes.
