Ingredients

  • peppers - 4.5 lb (2 kg) Sivri
  • oil - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • milk - 6 1/5 cups (1.5 L)
  • garlic - 1 head
  • parsley - 1 bunch

How to make

Clean the peppers and chop them coarsely. Leave the smaller ones whole.

Heat the oil in a large enough container, salt it a little and braise the peppers in 2-3 lots. Take them out with a slotted spoon.
