Ingredients

  • ham - 8.8 oz (250 g) to 10.6 oz (300 g)
  • tomatoes - 10.6 oz (300 g) to 12.3 oz (350 g) cherry tomatoes or small
  • spinach - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • lettuce - 5 sheets
  • eggs - 2 boiled
  • for the dressing
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper
  • oregano - 2 to 3 pinches dried

How to make

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and leave it to cool for 30 minutes. Place the spinach and lettuce leaves in a bowl.

Add chopped tomatoes. The ham is cut into cubes and then baked until lightly tanned in a pan without oil. Split the vegetables into 2 bowls.

Top with quartered boiled eggs and equal parts ham, then pour on the fragrant dressing.
