Ingredients

  • potatoes - 18 oz (500 g)
  • cooking cream - 2 cups (500 g)
  • ham - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cheese - optional
  • pickles - 9 oz (250 g)
  • oil - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g), or use margarine
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Boil the potatoes, peel and cut them into cubes in a tray.

Cut the ham and pickles into small pieces and add them to the potatoes.

Add the cream, butter and salt to taste and mix everything.
