Wash the mushrooms, dry them and split them in half. Beat the eggs with the flour and salt. Heat enough oil for frying.

Roll each mushroom in the beaten mixture, then in breadcrumbs and drop them in to fry until ready.

Serve the ready breaded mushrooms on top of shredded lettuce leaves and tomato slices, optionally seasoned with olive oil, salt and vinegar.find similar recipes here
