Ingredients

  • eggs - 10.
  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • flour – 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g) crumbled
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 connection
  • salt - to taste
  • onions - 2 stalks of green or chives

Preparation

Beat the eggs and add them to the flour, diluted with a little cold milk, the remaining milk, chopped parsley and onion.
