Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • cucumbers - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 4. boiled
  • leeks - 1 small sprig
  • wheat germ - 2 handfuls, optional
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp
  • balsamic vinegar - to taste
  • salt

How to make

Cut the washed tomatoes into slices, chop the leeks finely. Cut the hard boiled into quarters, and the cucumbers - into circles.

Arrange half of the tomatoes, cucumbers and salt in salad bowls. Place the eggs on them and cover with the remaining tomatoes. Then, add the leeks and sprouts.

Season the salad with more salt, and if needed, with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
