  • beef - 5.5 oz (150 g) minced
  • pork - 5.5 oz (150 g) minced
  • bread - 1 slice
  • eggs - 1
  • bacon - 2 oz (50 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • salt

How to make

Mix both minced meats and pre-soaked bread, egg and half the finely chopped bacon.

Divide into 4 parts. Spread out each one and distribute the remaining bacon on top.

Wrap them up into rolls and fry. Braise the onion, add the flour and pour water in.

Arrange the prepared rolls and bake them in the oven.
