Ingredients

  • margarine - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 gr)
  • cheese - grated 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml) cold.
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cream - sour liquid or 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml).
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • eggs - 6. small
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cheese - grated

Preparation

The butter is cut into cubes, add grated cheese and flour, add water and knead dough. The dough is divided into shapes (diameter 12 cm) and covers the bottom and sides.

Prick with a fork in several places and bake 10 to 15 minutes in preheated oven at 356°F (180°C). Fry mushrooms in butter and chopped onion.

At the end, add the salt and pepper. Finally, add the cream. Fill forms and on top, break an egg and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cook in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove when the whites are ready.
