Ingredients

  • turkey meat - 17.64 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 2 numbers
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tea cup
  • flour - for rolling
  • onions - 3 tablespoon chopped green
  • parsley - 2 tablespoons chopped
  • marjoram - 1 teaspoon
  • nutmeg - 2 pinches
  • nuts - 1/2 cup raw and chopped
  • pepper - to taste
  • salt - 1 tsp

Preparation

Grind the minced turkey meat. Mix the minced meat with 1 egg, chopped green onion, bread crumbs, parsley, marjoram, nutmeg, crushed walnuts, salt and pepper to taste.

From the mixture, shape small balls, roll them in flour then eggs and put them to fry in preheated oil.

When ready, drain the meatballs on paper. Serve garnished as desired.
