Ingredients

  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml.)
  • sugar - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • pumpkins - 7 oz (200 g)
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • cinnamon

Preparation

Boil the milk with the sugar. Add the diced boiled pumpkin.

Boil the mixture to a smooth paste while stirring, then let it cool.

Add the yolk, chopped nuts, and finally the egg whites beaten into snow. Pour the cream into forms/bowls and serve.find similar recipes here
