Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • water - 1 cup (250 g)
  • flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • butter - for spreading

Preparation

Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt. Beat the eggs. Add the yoghurt, water, salt, sugar and gradually pour in flour until you obtain a thick batter.

Cook the crepes on a saj or pan, then smear them with butter. Serve with honey, feta cheese or jam.find similar recipes here
