  • beetroots - 1/2 head, boiled
  • apples - 2, green
  • carrots - 1
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • sunflower seeds - 2 pinches, raw

How to make

Grate the beetroots on a coarse grater. Peel the carrot, grate it as well and add it to the beetroots.

Remove the seeds from the apples, grate them and mix with the other vegetables. Stir them in a bowl, season with oil, salt to taste and lemon juice.
