Ingredients

  • cucumbers - 1 large, fresh
  • garlic - 3 cloves old
  • dill - 1/2 bunch, fresh
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • rice - 2 cups, boiled

Preparation

Cut the cucumber very finely. Peel the garlic, chop it and the dill finely.

Boil the rice and drain it.

Stir well and season with olive oil, vinegar, salt.

It's best not to use too much rice.

Cool the salad.
