  • flour - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • carrots - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • onions - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • garlic - 5 cloves

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces. Boil until tender with onions and carrot slices.
