Ingredients

  • lamb - 28.2 oz (800 g)
  • offal - 12.3 oz (350 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml).
  • onions - 3 heads
  • tomatoes - 2
  • potatoes - 17.6 oz (500 g)
  • mint
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

In a crock pot, place the cleaned from bones meat and giblets, cut into small pieces, and pre-grilled, peeled and sliced onion.

Cover with salt, oil and hot water and bake in moderate oven until the meat is tender. Add cut into slices potatoes and tomatoes.

After softening the potato dish, sprinkle with chopped mint and remove from the oven.
