  • lamb - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • beer - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • butter - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • tomatoes - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • peppers - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces and soak it in beer, add the squeezed and strained tomatoes, chopped onions, as well as salt. The meat is left for two hours.

Drain it and fry it in hot oil and add the garlic. Pour in the liquid in which the meat was soaked. Boil. If necessary, add a little water.

Remove the softened meat and blend the sauce. Add the peppers, cut into rings.

Continue to boil over a low heat, until the peppers are ready. Serve warm.
