Ingredients

  • lamb cutlets - 2 lb (1 kg).
  • olive oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml).
  • tomatoes - 26.5 oz (750 g) canned
  • lemons - 1/2
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Put the chops in a baking pan along with the tomatoes, olive oil, spices and lemon juice.
