  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • eggs - 1
  • butter - 3 tbsp, melted
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2/3 cup


Melt the butter and mix in the sugar, egg, salt and yogurt. Begin stirring with a whisk until homogenized.

Sift together the flour, baking soda and baking powder and gradually mix into the mixture. Stir until the flour is absorbed, but not too long.

Heat a lightly greased Teflon pan. Pour a ladle of the mixture without spreading the pancake.

Once browned, flip it over and repeat the process until you run out of mixture. Garnish with jam, honey, maple syrup, etc.find similar recipes here
