Ingredients

  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g) white
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • fat - 2 tablespoons lard + 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g) margarine
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • oranges - 1 oz (30 g) of peels
  • milk - 1/2 cup (125 ml) with orange juice
  • raisins - 2/3 cup (150 g)

Preparation

Mix the flour, baking soda and margarine with 1/4 packet of yeast, the sugar, grated orange peel, raisins and stir everything very well.

Add the rest of the milk and orange juice and knead a dough. Pour it into a small oblong baking dish coated with oil and bake in a moderate oven at 320°F (160 °C) for about 1 1/2 hours.find similar recipes here
