  • tomatoes - 2
  • cucumbers - 1
  • radishes - 1 bunch
  • onions - 1 small head
  • peppers - 1 green
  • eggs - 3
  • shrimp - 7 oz (200 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch fresh
  • fennel - 1/3 bunch fresh
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)

How to make

Cut all vegetables and place them in a large bowl.

Saute the shrimp in heated olive oil, then flavor them with a little lemon juice and salt. Arrange on top of the veggies.
