Ingredients

  • bananas - 1
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • honey - 1 - 2 teaspoons
  • lemon juice - a few drops
  • ice - 2 - 3 lumps
  • ice cream - 2 scoops, vanilla, optional

Preparation

Cut the banana, put it in a blender with the milk, honey, lemon juice, ice and ice cream.

Blend briefly and serve in tall glasses with a straw.
