  • chicken - 1
  • potatoes - 28 oz (800 g)
  • beer - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • curry
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory
  • salt

How to make

Clean the chicken and portion it. Season the meat with salt, black pepper, curry and paprika. Arrange the pieces in a buttered baking dish. Peel the potatoes and cut them among the poultry.

Pour the beer, add some hot water, sprinkle with salt, curry and savory and distribute small pieces of butter.
