Ingredients

  • beer - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 packet
  • flour - 3 - 4 cups
  • mint - 2 tsp
  • olives - 15, green, large
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • paprika - 2 to 3 tsp

How to make

In a large bowl, mix the beer with the baking soda and baking powder with a spoon. Add the sifted flour and stir. Add the chopped mint and olives. Finally, add the cheese and knead until it becomes a sticky dough.

Shape small balls and place them in a greased baking dish. Cut each ball with a knife in the middle and flavor with paprika. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C), for 30-40 minutes.
