Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • yeast - 0.5 oz (12 g) live
  • beer - 9 fl oz (275 ml)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
  • onions - 1 head
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp

How to make

Dissolve the yeast in a little beer and add it to the sifted flour in the pan. Begin stirring and add sugar, salt and gradually the remaining beer. Knead the dough well and let it rise, covered with a cloth.

Meanwhile, fry the chopped onion in a little oil, season it with pepper and chopped parsley. Allow to drain the oil and mix it with the risen dough with sesame. Put the bread in a greased and lightly floured baking tin and put to bake in a moderate oven.

Optionally, you can sprinkle the top with crushed corn flakes and sesame seeds.
