Ingredients

  • beer - 2 cups
  • milk - 1 cup
  • onions - 1 head
  • mustard - 1 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • curry - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Chop the onion finely and fry it in 1 tablespoon oil. Once it starts to brown, add the beer and stir. Wait and let boil for a few minutes, then top up with hot milk.
