  • puff pastry - 1 package
  • eggs - 3.
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • warm water - 2 cups
  • salt
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • oil - 1/2 cup


In an oiled baking dish, the crust is lined out, each two lines, put some crumbled cheese until the pan is full. The sheets are cut into triangles.

Pour into a notch of the pre-heated oil. stir three eggs in a bowl with salt and gradually pour warm, but not hot, water. Add the pinch of soda.

The mixture is poured on the crust. Let the cake stand for 30 minutes, then put in a cold oven and bake for around 30-40 minutes.

Place on 3 pie plates to rise.
