  • phyllo pastry - about 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • pumpkins - ½
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • nuts - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • cooking oil
  • vanilla - 2 sachets


Peel the pumpkin, cut it in pieces and put it to boil until soft. Allow to cool, then add the chopped nuts and vanilla and stir the mix to a coarse puree.

In a greased tray, place 3-4 thin sheets, some oil, add filling and repeat until you run out of products.

Sprinkle the pan with fat and sugar and cut the pie into squares. Bake in a hot oven until browned.
