  • grits - 1 cup
  • leeks - 2 - 3.
  • phyllo pastry - 1 package for pie
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • soda - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 3.
  • butter - 1 packet
  • cabbage soup - 1/2 cup

How to make

The grits is washed well and then soak in cold water for about 5-6 hours. Cut the leeks into small pieces and stew in fat, to the soaked and drained grits, is added 1/2 tea cup of cabbage soup and 1/2 tea cup of water.

The mixture boils until the liquid almost evaporates, stirring occasionally to prevent burning, then withdraw from the heat and leave to cool. Spread the pan with oil and line up 3 sheets and in between also grease with melted oil, then pour some of the stuffing and a little crumbled cheese, peel back the three stuffed crusts, stuffing and cheese again and again till the end of the crusts.

Cut the pie into squares and pour the egg mixture and soda on and put it to bake in a preheated oven at about 360°F (180 °C) - bottom first, then the top and bottom.

Everyone knows their own oven, but you need to soak it up well. This is to sweeten it!
