Ingredients

  • tomato sauce - 3 jars
  • beans - 6.6 lb (3 kg) cooked white
  • carrots - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • peppers - 11 lb (5 kg) roasted
  • peas - 2 sterilized jars
  • pickles - 3 jars
  • for the marinade
  • oil - 6 cups
  • vinegar – 4 - 5 cups
  • sugar - 3 cups
  • salt - about 3 cups

Preparation

Thoroughly clean all the vegetables. Cut the carrots into rings, pickles - diced and roasted, the peppers - into stripes. Combine all ingredients for the marinade and place them in a pan to boil.

Scald the raw vegetables as first are carrots, for around 15 minutes. Roast the peppers for about 6-7 minutes, about 7 minutes peas, pickles about 3 minutes.

Finally, add the tomato puree. After this, mix well, pour the cooked beans. Remove the dish from heat and let the ready bean salad stand, then it must be tossed with all the ingredients.

Spread the bean salad in jars and sterilize them for about 20-30 minutes. Optionally, you can add garlic.
