Ingredients

  • beans - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 3.
  • onions - 2 heads
  • carrots - 1.
  • peppers - 1.
  • potatoes
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • pepper - cayenne to taste
  • oil - 6 tablespoons
  • sausages - 10.5 oz (300 g) raw
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • savory - 1 tsp

How to make

Boil the beans and place them in a bowl. Separately, mix the flour with water into a paste. Then add to the beans, mix well and salt. Add chopped onion, carrot, bell pepper, mushrooms and potatoes.

Sprinkle with seasonings and mix. In an oiled tray, line up tomatoes cut into rings, add half of the beans, sausages and then the other half of the beans.

Cover with tomatoes and bake for about 40-50 minutes in a moderate preheated oven.
