  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2 + 1 egg yolk
  • biscuits - 10.5 oz (300 g) crushed
  • walnuts - 1 cup chopped
  • cocoa - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 powders
  • lemons - zest of 1 lemon
  • rum - 1 to 2 tablespoons

How to make

Beat butter with powdered sugar, until it becomes a smooth cream. While continuously beating, add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, then finely crushed cookies, nuts, cocoa, vanilla, lemon peel and rum.

Stir the mixture well, pour it in parchment paper and shape it into a roll. Put in the fridge to harden for a few hours.

Unwrap the cookie rolls, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and make colorful decorations as desired.
