Ingredients

  • white wine - 8 1/3 cups (2 liters)
  • champagne - 1 bottle
  • lemon syrup - 2 cups (500 ml).
  • pineapple - 1 can
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)

Preparation

In a large glass container, place the cut pineapple. Sprinkle with sugar and pour 2 cups (500 ml). of the wine.

Quickly place a lid on the dish and leave in the fridge for 1 hour. Occasionally stir.

Then add the remaining syrup and wine. Mix and return it to the refrigerator. Add chilled champagne before serving.
