Ingredients

  • bread - 5 slices of white toast
  • olive oil
  • basil
  • salt
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • tomatoes - 2
  • olives - 5
  • eggs - 1 boiled
  • onions - 1 red, small

How to make

Form rectangles from the white bread slices, cut the crusts off along the edges.

Spread them on one side with olive oil, season with salt, sprinkle with basil and put them to saute in a pan on one side.

Smear the cooked bruschetta with a mixture of finely chopped tomatoes, olives, onions, sugar and one beaten egg. Serve lightly dusted with dried basil.
