Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 3.31 lb (1.5 kg) mature
  • flour - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • rice - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • stock - pork or chicken, cube not ready
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • salt
  • fish - smoked fillets
  • parsley - for sprinkling

Preparation

In broth (or water), put the washed and chopped tomatoes. Boil until soft, then press.

With a the butter and flour, a roux is made, which is diluted with broth and boiled for some time, along with rice. Add the pressed tomatoes, a pinch of sugar, salt and boil the soup for another minute.

Serve with parsley and 1-2 chopped smoked fish fillets.
