Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 10.5 oz (300 g), can also use pork or beef
  • eggs - 2
  • yogurt - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • flour - as needed to make the fritters
  • onions - 1 head
  • cream - 2 tablespoons
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt

Preparation

From the eggs, yogurt, baking soda, a pinch of salt and flour, knead a firm, but not too firm, dough. Fry the chopped onions in preheated oil, add the chopped meat, and then add the cream.

Stuff the fritters, which you've formed into balls, with the filling using a spoon, then make sure to cover the opening with dough. Fry the prepared fritters in a pan with hot oil.find similar recipes here
