Ingredients

  • flour - 3 cups
  • soda - 1 tsp for bread
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g) grated
  • salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • butter - 2 oz (60) – 3 oz (80 g)

Preparation

Sift flour into a bowl and add the dissolved in yogurt baking soda, grated cheese and a little salt. Stir until you get a sticky mixture.

Lay out a large tray with baking paper. Spoon the mixture and drop it onto the tray, use lightly greased fingers to shape the buns. At the center of each, put a small cube of butter.

Put them in to bake in a heated 180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes or until they get a nice tan.
